Universal Condensate Separators (dividing gas from condensate):
FP/FT
-
The F..-D universal separator is used in the analysis technique
to separate condensate from saturated sample gases. Different
materials are available.
Pre-cooling units are used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid gas. Applications needing this technology include instances when: relieving the downstream main cooling system, process-bound water or steam irruption comes forward; non-heated sample lines without adequate slope are mounted; and, gas analysis systems with electrochemical sensors are used.
VC-1 - with Jet-stream
heat exchanger for gas flow of max. 250 Nl/hr.
ADS - in various material
combinations. For condensate pre-separation of
saturated gas with simultaneous drainage, ADS separators and
automatic liquid drains are provided with a lateral gas
connection for additional separator functions. For functioning
of the above mentioned drains overpressure is required.
These gas and liquid coolers are used in the analysis technique to decrease the temperature of a liquid sample in order to cool down the dew point of a humid sample gas. The coolant for example is water. The counter-current working principle guarantees an optimized cooling process.
LC/LGC - water cooler
with coiled pipe in different executions, cooling capacity
of 900KJ/hr or 1600KJ/hr. These gas coolers are used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid sample gas to avoid condensation in the analyzer. An extremely stable gas dew point avoids water vapour cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.
ECP1000 - one stream, max.
flow 150 Nl/hr, different materials of heat exchangers,
power 115/230V 60/50Hz. These gas coolers are used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of a humid gas to avoid condensation in the analyzer. An extremely stable and low gas dew point avoids water vapour cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.
ECM - one or two
streams, max. flow 1 x 250Nl/hr or 2 x 150Nl/hr, different
materials of heat exchangers, power 230V/50Hz or 115V/60Hz.
Without heat exchangers! These coolers are applied in the analytical field for reducing the dew point of humid sample gases, providing a stable and very low dew point, and reducing aerosol formation in the analyzer. By mounting the cooler near the sample point, costly energy-consuming heated sample lines can be avoided. An extremely stable and low gas dew point avoids water vapour cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.
EC-30 - cooling
temperature -30°C, one stream, max. flow 250 Nl, power
230V/50Hz or 115V/60Hz. These gas coolers are used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid sample gases to avoid condensation in the analyzer. An extremely stable and low gas dew point avoids water vapour cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors.
ECM-EX2 - for hazardous area zone 2, with FM
approval for 115V, one or two streams, max. flow 1 x
250Nl/hr or 2 x 150Nl/hr, different materials of heat
exchangers, power 230V/50Hz or 115V/60Hz. Without heat
exchangers!
These condensate collection vessels are commonly used in analysis technique and used as condensate collectors in applications where automatic condensate removal is impossible, e.g. for gas coolers or where undesired small amounts of condensate occur. When using peristaltic pumps as automatic condensate removal and expecting a high quantity of liquid carry over, the condensate collection vessel can also be used as a buffer vessel. For safe operation, the condensate vessels can be equipped with a liquid-level alarm.
TG - material: glass.
These peristaltic pumps are used for condensate removal in analysis applications. They ensure a continuous condensate discharge in gas coolers, condensate collecting vessels, etc. A synchronous motor and the gearing unit with return stop make a condensate flow back impossible. The capacity of 0.3 l/hr guarantees a safe condensate removal, e.g. when cooling 850 l/hr sample gas with an initial dew point of 70°C.
SR25 - with or without
protection enclosure, power 230/115V 50/60Hz.
AD - in different material
combinations. In gas sample conditioning systems and
especially in gas coolers, the AD automatic liquid
drainer is used for continuous draining of condensate. The
ADS drainer has a modified upper part with additional
separating function in order to separate and drain
condensate from wet gas sample flow. The drainer only works
in over-pressure systems. |
