Dilution Gas Sample Probes:

Dilutes the gas directly at the sample point, dilution ratio 500:1 down to 10:1 - Designed for processes where the measuring procedure or handling of the process gas requires the dilution of the sample representative of the component measured. Typical applications include use of toxic gases, moisture measurement, and emission measurement in flue gases. These probes are based on the gas sample probe SP2000H, which enables the user to adapt the probe to nearly every application using special filter techniques or special materials.

Dilution Gas Sample Systems:

Dilutes the gas directly at the sample point, dilution ratio 100:1 down to 1:1 - Designed for processes where the measuring procedure or the handling of the process gas requires sample dilution representative of the component to be measured in a range of 100:1 up to 1:1. Typical applications are: adapting the concentration of the sample components to the measuring range of the analyzer, measuring at low sample flow rates (e.g. 1Nl/hr, and moisture measurement in flue gas with an IR-analyzer). The dilution probe (part of this system) is based on the gas sample probe SP2000H enabling the user to adapt the probe to nearly every application using special filter techniques or special materials.

DIL-U/A - heated to 0-180°C, power 230V/50Hz or 115V/60Hz, consisting of dilution probe SP2000H/DIL-U/P and control unit DIL-U using ambient air as the dilution gas.  Download

Dilution Gas Sample Units:

Dilutes the gas independent from the sample point, dilution ratio 500:1 down to 10:1 - Used in the analysis technique to dilute the sample gas or sample components (e.g. in case of toxic gases), moisture measurement or emission measurement. Based on the functional dilution technique which has been proved through years of use in the M&C gas sample probe SP2000-H/DIL.
