- Filters & Sample Pumps
M&C Products
FPF
- Includes different filter materials and porosities. These extra-fine filters reliably separate
solids, in particular very fine particles, occurring in gas
filtration analysis
techniques using very fine deep-acting
filter elements. The large filter surface of the cylindrical
filter element guarantees reliable extra-fine filtration and a
long service life with low pressure drop. The 19" front-plate
mounting equipment requires flat-design equipment for which the
FPF-0, 1GF extra-fine filter has primarily been developed.
Download These filters reliably separate solids, in particular extremely fine particles,
occurring in gas filtration analysis techniques in gas
filtration using very fine deep-acting filter elements. Thanks
to their universal design, the filters can also be used as
separators (without a filter element), liquid filters, or as an
adsorption filter with adsorption cartridges. For ambient or
medium temperatures up to 180°C, a stainless steel version FSS
or FT-H version can be offered.
FP
- PVDF and glass, different filter
materials and porosities, with or without condensate connection,
also complete with liquid alarm for conductive mediums. In the analysis technique, these universal filters are used for the adsorption of components which cause interferences. FP-AP -
Includes empty cartridge taking up the
absorbents, available in different materials. These filters are suitable for filtration of fluid particles of all types and is recommended for sample gases with an acid dew point above 100°C. Examples include measurements in flue gas of heavy oil and black coal combustions. The filter separates the aerosols (very fine fluid particles) which still pass through the gas cooler. The most effective position of the CLF filter is downstream the sample conditioning close to the flow meter of the analyzer. For additional system protection, the CLF-5/W is available with a integrated hydrophobic diaphragm, working as a liquid stop. CLF-5
- Separation of liquid particles,
PVDF or glass. FT-H2 -
Electrically heated up to max. 180°C, filter elements
in different materials and porosities, power: 230V/50Hz or
115V/60Hz. This universal filter reliably
separates off solids, in particular extremely fine particles,
occurring in gas filtration analysis techniques, using very
fine, deep-acting filter elements. Constructed especially
for hot gas analysis technique at 180°C. These universal bypass filters are used in liquid analysis for filtration of low sample flow rates. Two different filtration methods are available: 1) Filter Type FP-70P200-D: Filtration of a liquid flow in a settling area and 2) Filter Type FP-70 (200) P190-D: Filtration of a liquid flow with self-cleaning effect through a bypass system with fast flow rate over the active filter surface. FP-70P200-D
- Filtration out of the settling area,
filter porosity 70 µm.
Compact Diaphragm
Sample Pumps:
These pumps are suitable for sampling air, gases, and vapours in a temperature range between 5oC to 40oC. The construction and pump capacity are adapted to the requirements of the gas analysis technique. N3/5/9-KPE
- PVDF, FPM, without enclosure,
different flow capacities, power: 115V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz.
Heated
Diaphragm
Sample Pumps:
MP26-H
- Heated up to max. 180oC, capacity: 10
Nl/min without pressure, power: 115V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz.
This pump is suitable for corrosive gases. It
is constructed especially for hot gas analysis technique. |
