Liquid Alarm Sensors:

Liquid alarm (LA) sensors are used in gas sample conditioning systems for monitoring gas cooling and condensate drain-off devices. This provides protection for down-stream analysis instruments. The monitoring device LA reliably signals the penetration of condensate, while the KS 2 and KS 2.Ex reliably signals the penetration of non-conductive liquid (e.g. alcohol) and conductive liquid (e.g. water). This is done in the event of the cooling or condensate drain-off equipment being defective, thereby avoiding expensive down times, as well as high repair costs for analytical instruments. In the event of an alarm the sample gas pump power or a solenoid valve is switched off in the gas sample conditioning system.

LA 1S - Suitable for conductive mediums. Can also be mounted into the universal filter type F-D, suitable for hazardous area zone 1.

LA - Suitable for LA sensors, for wall mounting, rail mounting or  European standard 19" PC board. These controllers serve to feed and distribute the signals of the liquid alarm sensors LA1, LA1-H and LA25.

ER - Suitable for LA sensors in hazardous area zone 1. The special electronic controller ER142 Exi is used for the intrinsically safe feeding of the LA Sensors.  Contact us for more information.

FA-1 - Suitable for KS2 sensors, for wall mounting, rail mounting or European standard 19" PC board, power: 230V/50Hz or 115V/60Hz. This controller is used to feed and distribute the signal of capacitive liquid sensor KS 2. Suitable only in non-hazardous areas.
