Without Heating
Regulated Heating

Heated gas sample probes are available for virtually every industrial application. The modular design of the probe allows flexibility to configure it with in-situ filters, isolation valves, calibration ports, and a wide variety of other options.


Without Heating:

SP2000 - Used for continuous extraction of gases from dust loaded, high temperature, or humid processes with ceramic filter element outside. Optional: other filter materials, various possibilities of back purging and calibration gas feeding, second sample gas outlet, sooty sample gas version, high pressure version, and ball valve for sample gas shut off.

Regulated Heating:

These sample probes are used for continuous extraction of gases from dust loaded, high temperature, or humid processes.  Heated from 0 to 180°C or 0 to 220°C, with ceramic filter element outside.

SP2000-H - Optional: other filter materials, power 115V/60Hz, various possibilities of back purging and calibration gas feeding, sooty sample gas version, and high pressure version.

SP2020-H - Can be back flushed with a closed sample gas outlet. Also with integrated back purge, calibration gas feeding, mounting flange 3" 150lbs, and blocking of the sample gas outlet. Power: 115V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz.
