CEM SYSTEM INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

CEMSI provides installation and commissioning services with most turn-key systems.  Labour associated with installation of the system or supervision of contractors can be provided based on the customer's requirements.

The CEM system will require a complete overview and commissioning following installation.  Commissioning services include checks of all electrical and pneumatic connections.  
Heater circuits will be tested to ensure proper operation.  Appropriate programs for calibration and system purge will be prepared and entered into the instrument (when available) or control system.  Several calibrations will be performed to check the probe blowback (where required) and auto-calibration sequences.

The system is then operated with sample gases flowing to assess programmed functions, system cycle times, self-diagnostics, and self-maintenance features (depending on instrument configuration).
